Dregs Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026
Dregs keeps your coffee log on your own device. It has no account system, no ads and no tracking, and we run no server that stores your entries.

What Dregs stores

Your bags, cups, notes, recipes and settings are saved on your own device. They never come to us. Clearing your browser data or deleting the app erases them, so use Settings > Export for a backup.

Google Drive sync (optional)

Sync is off by default. If you choose to turn it on, Dregs saves a backup file to your own Google Drive and reads it back to sync your devices. It asks only for the drive.file permission, so it can see only the files Dregs creates, never the rest of your Drive or Google account. We don't receive, read or share that file, and we use it for nothing else.
To stop, disconnect Drive in Dregs settings or remove Dregs under Third-party apps and services in your Google Account, then delete the file from your Drive.
Dregs's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

What we collect

Nothing. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and we never sell data. The dregsapp.com website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may log basic technical details like IP addresses to run and protect the site. Dregs isn't aimed at children under 13.
